How To Have A Better Day TOMORROW

July 5, 2019lifewithcattitude

Let’s face it: we’ve all had times in our lives where we feel like nothing we do gets us ahead. I have my days where I feel like I’m going through the motions, but whenever I need a reset, I put myself into a new routine to make things better!

  1. Put your phone/alarm across the room so you have to get up to turn it off (instead of snoozing ten times)
  2. Make your bed
  3. Wash and moisturize your face
  4. Drink lemon water (hot or cold) to jumpstart your metabolism
  5. Eat a good breakfast or breakfast replacement shake
  6. Drink coffee/tea thoughtfully and read something uplifting and motivating
  7. Listen to an inspiring/motivating podcast while getting ready
  8. Wear the outfit that makes you feel B O M B
  9. Give yourself plenty of time for your commute so you’re not driving like a maniac
  10. If you work a desk job, take ten minutes every hour to move around
  11. Eat a piece of fruit for a snack
  12. If in school, do your reading/homework as soon as you can
  13. Take a brisk 20-30 minute walk when you get home to get your creative and productive juices flowing
  14. Unwind with a glass of wine (I do not condone irresponsible/illegal drinking, this is mainly geared towards my viewers 21+)
  15. Cook a healthy dinner (meat and veggies if you eat meat, something plant-based if you’re vegetarian or vegan)
  16. Lay out your clothes for tomorrow so you’re not scrambling in the morning
  17. Drink a cup of chamomile tea to relax your mind and muscles
  18. Set an alarm to put your phone away 30 minutes to an hour before bed
  19. Read a chapter (or even just a few pages) of a book
  20. Listen to nature sounds or white noise to fall asleep peacefully

I hope these all help you to have a much better day tomorrow! These certainly help me! Leave a comment if you do anything else that makes your day better!

I loved all of your suggestions. I love starting my day with a coffee. I love reading motivational books and sometimes pouring myself a glass of wine. And walking always helps. Great ideas! Even reading about them makes me feel better! 💗

I always feel better when I read lists like that too! It’s amazing how quickly you can turn things around!
